Dear valued benefactors and alumni,
Do you know what the "Big Mo" is? Notice I asked what not who the “Big Mo” is, so I'm not talking about someone but something (stop speculating!). Leadership experts, like John Maxwell, explain that the "Big Mo" is positive momentum,
that acceleration into high achievement that is the hallmark of strong organizations. I believe Trinity Catholic Junior High is experiencing the “Big Mo” today.
In virtually every aspect of school life, students, teachers, parents, alumni and benefactors are achieving new heights. As a small example, consider the soaring success of The Gala, the fundraiser formerly known as "Celebrate Trinity." Of course, we never forget the foundation on which we stand, which in turn makes all our advances even possible. Nor do we turn a blind eye to the yet further progress we can and must make on all fronts. Still, none of that diminishes or detracts from the fact that we have the "Big Mo" going on at Trinity right now!
That's why I am asking for your help in this final push for our 2016-17 Annual Fund campaign. Our goal for this year is $110,00, and we've already raised $89,000 toward that goal. I pray you, too, are feeling the “Big Mo” about Trinity and will help us not only to reach but exceed this goal. That is why we are writing this letter personally to you.
We know we can achieve nothing without the help of God's grace. Therefore, please pray we will always be open to the guidance of that grace. The Biggest Mo of all always comes from the heaven, namely, the Holy Spirit. On second thought, in the ultimate analysis, maybe the “Big Mo” is a who after all!
